<p>The present invention relates to new compounds having general formula (I), wherein X is oxygen or nitrogen; R is hydrogen or chlorine; R' is hydrogen, nitro or amino; and Y is azabicycle [x.y.z] alkyl, N-alkylpiperidyl or dialkylaminoalkyl. The invention discloses the processes for preparation of said compounds which have shown a high affinity for the serotoninergic 5-HT3 and/or 5-HT4 receptors. Therefore, they are useful from a therapeutical point of view in the treatment of emesa caused by chemotherapy, and in the treatment of gastrointestinal and neuronal troubles such as anxiety, psychosis, drug-addiction and cognitive troubles.</p> |
