Device for operating a transmission that comprises a frame 1 that has a holding part 19 in the form of a box located on a rear side of it, a selector shaft 20 whose two ends are supported in the holding part 19 in order to be rotational around a first shaft I and which has a first arm 23 and a ring-shaped part for forming an aperture section, and a gear change shaft whose two ends are supported on a peripheral surface inside the ring- shaped part of the selector shaft 20 in order to be rotational around a second shaft II and which has a change lever and a second arm 24.
