Compounds of formula (I), wherein the group (A) represents a 5-membered heterocyclic ring; X represents N or C; R<10> represents H, C1-6 alkyl optionally substituted by one or more halo or NR<1>R<2>. R<1> and R<2> each independently represent H or C1-6 alkyl optionally substituted by one or more halo, OH or NR<7>R<8>, R<3> and R<3'>, each individually represents H, COR<5>, CO2R<5>, CONR<7>R<8>, SO2R5, C1-20 alkyl, C3-8 cycloalkyl, C2-20 alkenyl, C2-20 alkynyl, optionally substituted aryl or C1-20 alkyl substituted by one or more groups selected from COR<5>, SO2R<5>, CO2R<5>, CONR<7>R<8>, C3-8 cycloalkyl or optionally substituted aryl or together represent an aryl group fused to the 5-membered ring; R<4> represents COR<6> or SO2R<6>; R<5> represents H or C1-6 alkyl optionally substituted by one or more halo, or optionally substituted aryl; R<6> represents C1-6 alkyl optionally substituted by one or more halo or hydroxyl; R<7> and R<8> each independently represent H or C1-6 alkyl; or pharmaceutically acceptable derivatives thereof for use in the treatment of viral infection. |
