<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity of a single head type piston, by forming a material connecting a plurality of pistons in the axial direction integrally formed. SOLUTION: A single head type piston used in a compressor is formed by casting a material 70 of shape, connecting the fellow two piston neck parts 32b in the axial direction integrally formed, by using an aluminum alloy. Here, two piston head parts 32a are set so as to be mutually coaxial and so as to place a notch 54 and elongation part 60 in a position of point symmetry in a 180 deg. opposite side. A holding part 72 of the material 70 thus formed is held, by a lathe, mechanical work of a peripheral surface of the piston head part 32a, pipe-shaped groove 37 for mounting a piston ring, etc., is applied, and then the holding part 72 is cut. Next, in a surface of the material 70 temporarily applying work, a coating layer is formed by spray painting or the like. Then, a peripheral surface of the material 7, that is, a peripheral surface of the head part 32a of a piston 32 is polished.</p> |
