PURPOSE:To prevent migration of Ag, by forming an insulating layer on which anthraquinone colorant is applied to a thermosetting resin combined by a derivative of tolylene diisocyanate and a polyol resin in a specific part, on a conductive paste pattern. CONSTITUTION:On a polyester film substrate 1, a wiring 3 and a contact point 1 are printed and baked with an Ag paste and then an insulating layer 2 is printed and baked using an insulating paste in which 0.05-10 parts anthraquinone colorant is applied based on 100 parts thermosetting resin 100 comprising a polyol resin as a main agent and a derivative of tolylene diisocyanate as a curing agent except for a contact part 7 of a jumper wiring and a contact point 4.
