PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate the backward attitude of a child seat against a seat for occupant at low price and without requiring electromagnetic trouble countermeasure. SOLUTION: Signals from a pair of right and left reed switches 18 (R, L) arranged on the rear part of the seat cushion 40 of a seat for occupant 20 are individually monitored by a controller 24. When approach of the right and left corresponding magnets 16 (R, L) of a child seat 22 is detected by at least either of the reed switches 18 (R, L), the loaded attitude of the child seat is discriminated to be the backward attitude against the seat 20 for occupant. |
