PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the quantity of a low m.p. alloy used in a core and to simplify handling properties. SOLUTION: A core 10 constituted by attaching molds 30, 31 having handle parts 32 to at least one end of a bent mold 11 made of a low m.p. alloy is arranged in an injection mold 20 and, after a resin is injected in the space between the injection mold 20 and the core 10, the handle parts 32 are operated to rotate the molds 30, 31 within the core 10 to take out them and, subsequently, an injection-molded product 40 having the bent mold 11 made of the low m.p. alloy remaining therein is taken out and, further, the bent mold 11 made of the low m.p. alloy remaining in the injection-molded product 40 is eluted. In the core 10, the bent mold 11 made of the low m.p. alloy used in a bent part having a three-dimensional shape and the molds 30, 31 having the handle parts 32 are used in a bent part having a two-dimensional shape on the side of an end part. |
