PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the mixing with an inferior product caused by the breakage of a connector pin present in the molding of a connector by comparing a preset pattern at a normal time with a detection pattern by detection to detect whether the breakage of the connector pin is present. SOLUTION: Through-holes 5 are provided to the central parts of a plurality of core pins 2 and allowed to communicate with a guide pipe 7 guiding the air from the air pressure source 6 provided to a core mold 1 to the respective through-holes 5 from one ends of a plurality of the core pins 2. A pressure detector 8 detects the pressure of air sent from an air pressure source 6 to the guide pipe 7 and the through-holes 5. A comparator 9 compares the air pressure value detected by the pressure detector 8 with a predetermined reference air pressure value transmitted as an electric signal (s). When both pressure values are different, this state acts on a controller 11 to immediately stop operation. By this constitution, the mixing with an inferior product caused by the breakage of a connector pin present in the molding of a connector can be prevented. |
