The present invention refers to an elevator for people and merchandise, which is affixed to a building (1) wall (2), comprising box doors (22) with a self-propelled cabin (5) running on guides (10) and attached to counter-weight (18) by supporting elements (19) and a supporting frame (6), guiding rollers (9), a parachute, cabin doors (21), controls, transmitters, a box information, bumpers and signaling means. The access from the cabin (5) to the building (1), and vice versa , is performed between the guides (10) which are configured as the assembly carrying means which, alog with a base module (12) and a header module (13), form a transportable rigid frame. The pre-manufactured elevator is attached to the building (1) using fastening modules (11). The support frame (6) arrangement reduces the elevator constructive width. A protecting coating forms the box adapted to the building (1). (Figure 1).
