PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mix hydration agent in an amount for one time use with water by relatively simple operation and to make mixed liquid available for being shaken out for scattering by a method wherein a cartridge case is mounted on and engaged with a connecting member, and opening is made with a sealing sheet at the bottom of the cartridge case torn with an edge provided at the connecting member. SOLUTION: A connecting member 300 is screwed down onto a neck part of a container main body 100 wherein water in an appropriate amount is housed. With a holding part 231 at the bottom of a cartridge case 200 of the container removed (a) from a holding part 331 at the upper part of the connecting member 300 and with the holding part 231 of the cartridge case 200 mounted on and held to a holding part 332 at the lower part of the connecting member, opening is made with a sealing sheet 250 sealing the bottom of the cartridge case 200 torn with an edge 350 of the connecting member 300, and a hydration agent 2 filling the cartridge case 200 is made in an amount for one time use to fall into the container main body 100 through a through hole 341 and is mixed (b) with water 3. As a result, the mixed liquid can be shaken out for scattering. |
