PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts and easily assemble a cap with a mill without use of metallic pins or an adhesive. SOLUTION: This cap with a mill is constituted of an external cylinder 2 in which a shaft 7 or a bearing hole is formed at the center of one end and an outlet opening 8 from which ground materials are discharged is formed at the periphery, an internal cylinder 3 in which a fitting hole 10 is formed at the center and an aperture through which the contents pass is formed at the periphery and a fitting means to be fitted to a container 30 is provided at one end and the other end is rotatably inserted in the inside of the external cylinder 2, an external gear 4 fitted and fixed so as not to be rotatable against the external cylinder to the inside of the external cylinder 2 and provided with a gear 11 at the nearly cylindrical inside, and an internal gear 5 arranged in the inside of the external gear 4, in which the bearing hole 12 pivotted to the shaft 7 of the external cylinder 2 is formed at one side and a fitting projection 13 fitted and fixed so as not to be rotatable against the fitting hole 10 or the fitting projection of the internal cylinder 3, is formed at the other end and a gear is formed at a nearly conical outside. Accordingly, the external cylinder, the internal cylinder, the external gear, and the internal gear are all fitted and assembled and hence, the structure is constituted of a small number of parts to increase the efficiency of the work. |
