The present invention refers to an improved lock, which is characterized in that an interior doorknob is arranged so as to have a determined free radial clearance relative to latch actuating means, while its relationship with a rod-axle is such that, when it is in a blocking radial position so as to prevent the doorknob from spinning in the opening direction, the rod is displaced with it, having considered that the spin of said rod which is required to pass to de-blocking position is comprised in the doorknob free radial clearance; so that upon actuation of the blocked lock upon the interior doorknob in the aperture direction, in a first spin of a portion of said doorknob, a de-blocking effect is produced followed by the lock opening, thereby providing it with an anti-panic feature.
