<p>PURPOSE:To improve the stability of the operation of an ozonizer by allowing wet air to flow through follow fibers, drying steam permeated outside the fibers with a part of dried air passed through the film type dryer and subsequently discharging the used air. CONSTITUTION:A film type dryer 11 is constituted of a plurality of parallelly arranged hollow fibers 11b comprising the thin films of a synthetic resin such as a polyimide having a steam permeation rate larger approximately 100 times than those of air and nitrogen gas, an outer cylinder 11a surrounding the hollow fibers and boxes 11c disposed at both the ends thereof. When wet air 14 fed from an air compressor 7 is flowed through the hollow fibers 11b of the film type dryer 11, one part of the dried air through the film style dryer 11 if flowed as purge air 13 from a valve 12 on the outsides of the hollow fibers 11b in the outer to dry steam permeated on the outer sides of the hollow fibers 11b with the purge air 13, followed by discharging the purge air 13 from a discharging opening 13a. The remaining dry air passed through the film type dryer 11 is fed into an ozonizer 4 to receive an electric power from an inverter 6 and a high voltages transformer 5 for the production of O3.</p> |
