PURPOSE:To produce the composite material made of reinforcing fiber and epoxy resin which has no void and high strength by impregnating almost whole gaps in the reinforcing fiber with epoxy resin. CONSTITUTION:The reinforcing fibers impregnated with epoxy resin are laminated, and the obtained laminate is covered with a film, and then the inner part of the film is sucked, and epoxy resin is cured by heating in the state pressurized from outside. In said process, while the inner part of the film is sucked at the vacuum pressure of 0--500mmHg, it is pressurized at the pressure of 0-1kg/cm<2>G, and it is heated at 40-65 deg.C for 3-7 hours, at 65-95 deg.C for 1-3 hours and at 110-130 deg.C for 1-3 hours in order, whereby epoxy resin is cured. |
