PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a cooling means for heating elements which compose an inverter circuit to control an induction coil, a heating means, and improve cooling performance. SOLUTION: A coil base 12 which is placed within a body case 1, at least to the bottom of which an induction coil 13 is fixed, a control substrate 20 in which an inverter circuit generating an alternating magnetic field in the induction coil 13, is proved, a pan 11 which is placed on the coil base 12 and is heated by the induction coil 13, are provided, a ring cooling tank 25 to which at least one of heating elements 30 filled with a refrigerant and composing the inverter circuit in the circumferential face is given, and the cooling tank 25 is installed around the pan 11 through a void. |
