In the seat, each side of the back supporter(20) protruded, and a thin elastic piece(28) is inserted at upper and lower portions of the back supporter(20). A actuation piece(30) is inserted in the side supporting stage(22), to shrink to the vertical center direction of the seat when the elastic piece(28) is elastically transformed backward, and to open outward when the elastic piece(28) is elastically transformed forward. Thereby, the driver is able to maintain the equilibrium although the car is declined.
