The non-condensing gas is passed as refrigerant so as to be more colder, after non-condensing gas is repeatedly condensed and to be low temperature. The evaporation efficiency of an evaporator is increased by the recycling of non-condensing gas using a compressor. This invention consists of a compressor(1), the condenser(2) condensing refrigerant, the expansion valve(3) exchanging the condensed refrigerant to be low temperature and low pressure, and a evaporator cooling the environs by evaporation of refrigerant. The refrigerant flowed from the condenser(2) is separated into gas and liquid in a vapor liquid separation tank(5). The separated gas refrigerant is recycled into the vapor liquid separation tank(5) so as to be low temperature by a supplementary expansion valve(6). The low temperature gas refrigerant is passed through the vapor liquid separation tank(5) and makes a liquid refrigerant in the tank(5) to be low temperature. Then the gas refrigerant is recycled into a compressor(1) and the liquid refrigerant is flowed into the expansion valve(3).
