摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion instrument, capable of detecting the short-circuit abnormality of respective temperature detecting means easily, in the combustion instrument equipped with a plurality of combustion units. SOLUTION: A combustion instrument is provided with temperature detecting means 9, 23, corresponding to combustion units, temperature detecting means 33a, 33b, detecting the temperatures of respective matters to be heated from the detecting signals of respective temperature detecting means 9, 23, and an operation control means, controlling respective combustion units based on the detecting temperatures of respective detecting means 33a, 33b. The detecting means 33a, 33b are arranged so as to be neighbored. When one of the combustion units is effecting combustion operation and the other combustion unit is stopped, an abnormality deciding means 35 decides that it is short-circuit abnormality between respective detecting means 33a, 33b mutually when the detecting temperature of the detecting means 33a is higher than a specified reference value. The abnormality deciding means 35 decides that it is the short-circuit abnormality when the detecting temperatures of the detecting means 33a, 33b are same value. The abnormality deciding means 35 decides that it is the short-circuit abnormality when the detecting temperature of the detecting means 33a is raised or lowered in accordance with the detecting temperature of the detecting means 33b.
