PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly control the rise of the internal pressure in a cylinder at the upper limit position of a tilt-up by providing a free piston in a power tilt cylinder device. SOLUTION: In a power tilt cylinder device 100, a control valve 60 is arranged on a free piston 25, an operation member 70 is arranged on a piston rod 19, and the operation member 70 feeds the pressurized fluid from a counter piston side chamber 22B of the free piston 25 to the cylinder device 100. During the tilt-up when the pressurized fluid is discharged from a first chamber 21 and the piston rod 19 is extracted outside a cylinder 18, a control valve 60 is opened by abutting the piston rod on a rod guide 18A to communicate a piston side chamber 22A of the free piston 25 with the counter piston side chamber 22B. |
