PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to form deep convexo-concave pattern with high durability and excellent flat accuracy by suppressing warpage of a mold plate by integrally combining a plurality of casting mold plates divided at the joint positions of a design pattern. SOLUTION: A casting mold is divided at the joint positions of a convexo- concave pattern, the divided casting mold plates are integrally combined, and a mold plate of large size having, for example, a width of 1m and a length of 3m is constituted. More particularly, in this case, it is constituted by totally twelve divided mold plates. Since the mold is manufactured by a casting method, the depth of the convexo-concave pattern is 5mm or more, and the mold can be manufactured without any problem. The divided plates are formed in a small size, the warpage at the time of casting can be managed to about 0.5mm or less, and further, the line of the connecting parts between the divided plates is scarcely apparent in the external appearance. |
