<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily align a number of pistons irregularly arranged in a pallet by tilting the pallet so that one corner of the pallet has the lowest point, and gathering the pistons to one corner of each grid block. SOLUTION: A plurality of pistons 1... are put one by one to the grid blocks of an uncompleted product pallet A2, whereby they are housed. The pallet A2 for uncompleted product pallet A2 in horizontal state is lifted by a first air cylinder 32 and tilted to the right. Then, all the pistons 1... are gathered in a first direction. After the uncompleted product pallet A2 is set once in horizontal state, it is lifted by second air cylinders 42, 42 and tilted to the rear. All the pistons 1... are then gathered in a second direction. Finally, the uncompleted product pallet A2 is set in horizontal state.</p> |
