PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity of previously providing a recess for displaying variable information on a card base material by providing a protective layer, a rewrite recording layer, a reflective thin film layer, a magnetic recording layer, a stripe base material and an adhesive layer, and providing magnetic and visible information recording part in a laminated state. SOLUTION: A magnetic recording layer 18, a reflective thin film layer 16, a rewrite recording layer 14 and a protective layer 10 are sequentially laminated on a stripe base material 20, and an adhesive layer 22 is laminated on the rear surface of the material 20 to form a stripe 6. In this case, adhesive layers may be provided between the layers 14 and 16, between the layers 16 and 18 and between the layer 18 and material 20.
