摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a flexible tape for a planar sheet having a base, a table, a robot arm and an applicator head. SOLUTION: A receiving base carried by a robot arm 2 and used for receiving the spool of the flexible tape is provided. The robot arm moves an applicator head 4 to a table 5 based in a Cartesian coordinate. A sensor provided integrally with a dancer arm measures the pressure and position of a cylinder connected to the dancer arm, increase a speed if a dancer arm pressure is high after sending a signal to a motor and decreases the motor speed if a dancer arm pressure is low. A plurality of optical sensors decides the layer of the flexible tape currently eliminated from a reel and adjusts the motor speed so as to change the length of a material eliminated for each rotation while the concentric layer of the flexible tape.
