PURPOSE:To enable monolithic molding by arranging a skin body within a mold, form a sewn part at a precise position and improve high-class feeling of the sewn part. CONSTITUTION:The method is constituted of a joining process joining integrally a foam layer 11 of a skin body 1 comprised of a skin layer 10 and the foam layer 11 laminated integrally to the rear side of the skin layer to a boardlike base 2 and a sewing process sewing the skin body 1 and base 2. Since both sides of a seam become thick by a deformation of the foam layer 11, high-class feeling is increased.
