Two pieces of tubing held together in a fastener using universal joints are bent upwards and outwards in a convex manner, each piece of tubing being the mirror image of the other. The fastener can be releasably mounted at shoulder height on a door using a clamping screw and then with the back facing the fastener the ends of the tubing are used as handles as they are moved backwards and forwards over the shoulder and neck muscles. |
