PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport carriage for easily drawing out a reinforcement pin from the jig frame of a reinforced mat holding jig, in a reinforced mat automatic assembling system. SOLUTION: Movable frames D17 are elevatably provided between a pair of guide frames D15 standingly provided on the front and rear of a transport carriage D1. A bottom plate D22 are provided on the transport carriage D1, between the front and rear movable frames D17. When the movable frames 17 are brought down, reinforcement pins are brought in contact with the bottom plate D22, and the upper ends are largely projected from clamps C with holes.
