PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording medium good in the close adhesiveness to a plastic base material, not generating the blur of ink caused by ink jetting and good in water resistance immediately after printing and a jet printing method for notice printed matter good in light fastness. SOLUTION: A poly(meth)acrylic acid copolymer being a component of an ink receiving layer is based on methyl methacrylate, ethyl acrylate and a radical polymerizable monomer having a carboxyl group. In this case, printed matter excellent in water resistance after printing, light fastness and printing quality can be obtained by a printing method using ink prepared by dispersing colored particles obtained by coating the peripheries of resin particles with an average particle size of 50-300nm with org. pigment in an aq. liquid. |
