PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyvinylidene chloride copolymer resin coated heat- shrinkable polypropylene film which is free from generation of whitening (figure 1) in shrink-packaging and blocking in maturing after winding of a product. SOLUTION: An aqueous latex or organic solvent solution of a vinylidene chloride copolymer resin of 30,000-40,000 weight-average molecular weight to which paraffin wax of 40 deg.C-50 deg.C melting point and a silicone finely divided material of 3.5μm-6.0μm average particle size are added is applied to a surface of a heat shrinkable polypropylene film, and dried to obtain a polyvinylidene chloride copolymer resin coated heat-shrinkable polypropylene film.
