PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of plural cooling means and to prevent the device from becoming larger in size and being complicated, and the manufacturing cost from rising by placing first and second optical systems on the same partition wall used as a placing plate, as well. CONSTITUTION:A supporting plate 140 is used as a partition wall for dividing the first and the second optical systems into separate areas, and the first optical system 110 is placed on the upper face of the supporting plate 140, and the upper face is irradiated by a light beam D, and also, its position is adjusted so that its irradiated position goes to parallel to a bus of a photosensitive drum 100. On the other hand, the second optical system 120 is suspended and placed with a fixing screw on the lower face of the supporting plate 140, and its position is adjusted so that the main scanning direction C is set in parallel to the bus A direction. In such a way, the mutual relative position accuracy is improved, and it is prevented that an exposed image is inclined separately. Also, the first and the second optical systems 110, 120 can be cooled by an air blasting means 151, the device can be miniaturized and simplified, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. |
