PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light and convenient traffic sign board, by shaping a belt-form fluorescent panel board to form a required shape and attaching it to a sign board for the night and connecting it to an electric source to emit it and specifying resistance, dielectric constant, and breaking strength of the forming member of the fluorescent panel body. SOLUTION: A belt-form fluorescent panel body 1 is constituted of a laminate composed of a transparent polyester base board layer 2, a transparent metal oxide film layer 3 of a tin oxide film, an indium oxide film, etc., a fluorescent material coating film layer 6 composed of an emitting layer 4 and on optical reflecting layer 5 with an insulation property, an optical reflecting layer 7 of a powdered metal oxide, a conductive coating material layer 8, and an insulation coating layer 9. The panel body 1 is stuck to traffic signs like a curve mirror A or the like. Then, an electric source like a storage battery or a solar battery is connected to the layer 8 to electrolyze and emit it. And it is set to flicker with a switching structure when necessary. Then, the resistance of the layer 3 is made 200Ω or lower and the dielectric constant of the layer 5 is made 10 or higher. And also the breaking strength thereof is made 800/mil. In this way, an emitting member can be easily attached to a required part of a sign board or a fence. |
