PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high permittivity porcelain composition having low dielectric loss and a relatively flat temperature characteristic of permittivity. SOLUTION: This porcelain composition contains following a first component (BaTaO3 ), a second component (CaSnO3 ), a third component (a kind or more then two kinds of CaZrO3 , BaZrO3 and SrZrO3 ) and a fourth component (cobalt oxide); the first component: 83-87wt.%, a total of the second component and the third component: 13-17wt.% and the fourth component: 0.001-0.2wt.% based on 100wt.% of a total of the first to the third components. The objective high permittivity porcelain composition having <=0.6% dielectric loss in the vicinity of normal temperatures, keeping >=10,000 permittivity and having relatively flat temperature characteristic and satisfying F-characteristic defined by JIS standard is obtained by adding a suitable amount of cobalt oxide to a composition system comprising BaTiO3 -(CaZrO3 , BaZrO3 , SrZrO3 )-CaSnO3 . |
