<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water-soluble machine oil solution composition for machining Ni-plated substrate, which is excellent in machinability, abrasive grain dispersibility, cleaning property or the like, by specifying the content of an alcohol-based solvent, a nonionic surfactant and an anionic surfactant. SOLUTION: This water-soluble machine oil solution composition for machining Ni-plated substrate contains the 1-10C alcohol-based solvent of 1-80 pts.wt., the nonionic surfactant of 1-50 pts.wt. and the anionic surfactant of 1-30 pts.wt., and satisfies surface workability, nonsticking property of chips and excellent error property after forming a magnetic film at the same time. The composition is sued as a machine solution containing 0.01-30wt.% alcohol-based solvent, 0.01-10wt.% nonionic surfactant and 0.01-5wt.% anionic surfactant, and is used, if necessary, as one having <=-20mV abrasive surface potential (ζpotential) by adding further 0.01-0.5wt.% pH adjuster and 0.01-10wt.% abrasive grain.</p> |
