This invention improves the effectiveness and the space utility of machine room. A condenser(2A) is placed on a floor plate(101) in a machine room(100) to contact cooling pins(210). The cooling fan(3A) driven by a motor(300) is sited on the center of the condenser(2A). The cooling fan(3A) is rotated by driving the motor(30), the wind is raised. The direction of the wind is regularly passed through the condensation pipe(200) which is above and below placed around the cooling fan(3A) so as to improve the condensation of a refrigerant. The condensation is more improved cause the cooling pin(210) is radiately placed on the condensation pipe(200). Also the overheating is prevented cause the wind is directly flowed into an open means(320) of one side, during the operation of a compressor(4). The compressor and the cooling fan are integrated so that the space utility of machine room is improved.
