The composition is used for the preparation of pharmaceutical products having wide-spectrum, combined effect which are being used as supplementary and therapeutical formulations. Their therapeutical and prophylactic effect is due to the substance having high titre of viable cells of the Lactobacillus delbrueckii strain, subsp. bulgaricus - 51 L contained in them and the phospholipids, essential amino acids, carbohydrates, vitamins, pectin, protein hydolysates and lactic acid added as corrigents. The composition includes a biologically active substance produced from freeze dried standardized cultural liquor of Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus - 51 L and the natural products metharine, hydlolyzed lactic casein, apple pectin, balanced vitamin complex, fructose, tabletose, menthol, essence, sweeteners and mineral salts.
