PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of an air-conditioning heat storage agent comprising a hydrocarbon as a phase transition heat storage substance. SOLUTION: (1) This heat storage agent is a compsn. comprising a hydrocarbon, a surfactant and water homogeneously mixed with one another, provided that the amt. of the surfactant is in the range of 1 to 50 pts. per 100 pts. hydrocarbon, and the amt. of water is in the range of 5 to 150 pts. per 100 pts. hydrocarbon and at least 5 pts. per 100 pts. mixed compsn. in order to fluidize it at 20 deg.C and make its flash point unrecognizable. (2) Where a blend higher by at least 10 deg.C in m.p. than the hydrocarbon is added to the hydrocarbon, the surfactant and water, the amt. of the hydrocarbon is in the range of 20 to 93 pts. per 100 pts. mixed compsn., the amt. of the surfactant is in the range of 1 to 50 pts. per 100 pts. hydrocarbon and 1 to 15 pts. per 100 pts. mixed compsn., the amt. of water is in the range of 5 to 200 pts. per 100 pts. hydrocarbon and 5 to 50 pts. per 100 pts. mixed compsn., and the amt. of the blend is in the range of to 50 pts. per 100 pts. hydrocarbon and 1 to 15 pts. per 100 pts. mixed compsn. |
