发明名称 THERMAL RECORDING MATERIAL
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermal recording material good in color forming characteristics and excellent in the light fastness of a background part by using paraffin wax of which the m.p. and average particle size are within specific ranges in a specific amt. with respect to a dye precursor. SOLUTION: In a thermal recording material containing a usually colorless or light-colored dye precursor and an electron acceptive compd. reacting with the dye precursor at a time of heating to allow the precursor to form a color, paraffin wax. with an m.p. of 60-110 deg.C and an average particle size of 0.6-5μm is used in an amt. of 100-400 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the dye precursor. As the dye precursor, a compd. represented by formula is used. By this constitution, the thermal recording material good in color forming sensitivity and the light fastness of a background part can be obtained.
