PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control support device to set a gap between a magnetic passage member and an electromagnetic actuator with high precision as assembly is facilitated and stabilize control of vibration control by suppressing resonance between a leaf spring and the magnetic passage member. SOLUTION: A moving member comprises a leaf spring 48 by which the main fluid chamber 66 side and the electromagnetic actuator 52 side are partitioned away from each other; and a magnetizable disc-shaped magnetic passage member 46 fixed at the central part of the leaf spring 48 and positioned facing the electromagnetic actuator 52. The outer peripheral side end face pointing to the leaf spring side of a magnetic passage member is notched throughout a whole periphery to form a notch surface 46a1 , and the magnetic passage member 46 the thickness on the outer peripheral side of which is decreased is provided. A gap holding ring 50 to set a gap between the opposed surfaces of the magnetic passage member 46 and the electromagnetic actuator 52 is arranged coaxially with the magnetic passage member 46 between the leaf spring 48 and the electromagnetic actuator 52.
