PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of being coated without requiring a preliminary treatment such as a trichloroethane treatment or a corona treatment and useful for automotive interiors, etc., by simultaneously using plural modified polyolefin resins having different mol.wts., respectively. SOLUTION: This polyolefin resin composition comprises (A) 20-79.9 pts.wt. of a resin component containing a modified polyolefin resin having one or more kinds of OH groups, carboxyl groups and carboxylic acid anhydride groups and having a weight-average mol.wt. (MW1) of >=50,000, (B) 0.1-20 pts.wt. of a modified polyolefin resin having at least one or more kinds of OH groups, carboxyl groups and carboxylic acid anhydride groups and a weight-average mol.wt. (MW2) of 500-50,000, and (C) 79.9-20 pts.wt. (the total amount of the components A-C is 100 pts.wt.) of a rubber component containing at least one copolymer rubber. Therein, a MW1/MW2 is preferably >=2.0, and the melting point of the component B is preferably >100 deg.C. |
