PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily produce a large diameter pipe joint by a simple apparatus by omitting the use of a large-sized expensive injection molding apparatus to reduce equipment cost and product cost. SOLUTION: A synthetic resin pipe material preformed by an extrusion molding means is cut into a predetermined length dimension to form a joint body 1 and the inner surface of this cut joint body 1 is subjected to cutting processing to form receiving ports 3 for permitting the insertion of pipes. Further, heating elements 4 each formed by coating the periphery of a conductor generating heat by passing electricity through the conductor with an insulating resin film to wind the coated conductor in a spiral coil shape are inserted into the receiving ports 3 and bonded to the inner surfaces of the receiving ports under pressure to be heated by an expansion pressure bonding heating jig 6 to integrally weld the heating elements 4 to the inner surfaces of the receiving ports of the joint body.
