The invention discloses a measured parking lot system for users who bail receiving blank coins in turn which autonomously stores to a vehicle identification code, an actual credit. There is a parking meter in each block wherein a user presents when parking and leaving, parking meter number being registered meanwhile in blank coin and vehicle identification registered in parking meter data base, which computes parking lot charge and discounts it from remaining credit recorded in blank coin. Also, there are inspection ambulant terminals included, each provided with a vehicular identification reader, a data communication link joined with block parking meter and an automatic infraction records generator.
