PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross-linkable resin compsn. which can form a resist of which the surface after cross-linking can be roughened by treating with a solvent such as an acid or an alkali and to provide a method for cross-linking the same. SOLUTION: This compsn. is prepd. by compounding 30-60 pts.wt. at least one ethylenically unsatd. compd. (A) having at least two (meth)acryloyloxy groups in the molecule, 20-60 pts.wt. binder polymer (B) produced from 15-30wt.% at least oneα,β-unsatd. carboxylated monomer, 5-30wt.% at least one hydroxylated monomer, and 40-80wt.% other copolymerizable monomers, 15-40 pts.wt. liq. diene rubber (C), 1-20 pts.wt. blocked polyisocyanate (D), and 0.001-10 pts.wt. (based on 100 pts.wt. sum of ingredients A, B, C, and D) photopolymn. initiator. A method for cross-linking the compsn. is also provided. |
