PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thickly and uniformly form a foam layer capable of being mixed with a large quantity of non-foamed beads and having elasticity by clamping a mold after a coating film layer having foaming elasticity is formed from the beads to introduce a molding resin material into the mold. SOLUTION: An in-mold coating agent is uniformly applied to the inner surface 1 of the mold cavity of a mold by in-mold coating using a barrier gun to form a coating film 3 and hot air is applied to the coating film 3 by a hot air generator. The non-foamed beads 4 dispersed throughout the coating film become a foamed state 4A and the coating film forms a cushion layer. After mold clamping, a polyurethane molding material 5 is injected into a cavity to be molded. The molded object is demolded to obtain a polyurethane resin interior, part having a cushion layer having a smooth surface integrated therewith. |
