PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a delivery timing instruction card in which a lower limited number of cards is changed in cooperation with a variation of consumption of component parts and then a pre-delivery instruction can be reduced. SOLUTION: A lower limited number of cards M is automatically changed by a section 20c for changing a lower limited number of rotating cards in response to a set number of rotating cards set on the basis of a production plan. A comparator 20c judges whether or not the number of cards can be adjusted for reduction with in a range of more than a lower limited number of cards in reference to the number of out-of-range cards acknowledged by a reader 14, a reduced number of cards determined by a production plan and a lower limit number of cards. Since the lower limit number of cards is changed properly, the pre-delivery instruction processing of the cards is reduced even if a card number correcting section 20d performs a reduction adjustment to keep the lower limited number of cards and so it is possible to perform the most suitable card management.
