<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate maintenance work including the cleaning, repairing, replacing, etc., of a clogged screen. SOLUTION: A pipe 2 which communicates with the outside of a reaction vessel is attached to the inner wall surface of the reaction vessel 1. A hollow column 3 having a screen surface 4 is installed around a horizontal shaft 5 which makes a right angle with the axis of the column 3 and is located on the pipe rotatably across a liquid surface. When the column 3 is under the liquid surface, reaction liquid is taken out from the pipe 2 which communicates with the inside of the column 3. By lifting the column 3 on the liquid surface, maintenance is made easy.</p> |
