<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an organic fertilizer by which an organic fertilizer can properly be produced even if the mixing ratio is rough when mixing an organic material-containing waste containing a liquid component with a vegetable fiber-containing material and an apparatus for production. SOLUTION: This apparatus for producing an organic fertilizer is obtained by installing a mixing means for mixing an organic material-containing waste, containing a liquid component and fed from a receiving port with a vegetable fiber-containing material and discharging the resultant mixture, a liquid component regulating means S for receiving the mixture discharged from the mixing means, removing the liquid component so as to provide a liquid component content suitable for fermentation and thereby regulating the liquid component content and discharging the regulated mixture and a pressurization kneading means A for receiving the mixture discharged from the liquid component regulating means S, kneading the resultant mixture in a pressurized state, fermenting the mixture and discharging the fermented mixture therefrom.</p> |
