The product is used in the food industry and in catering for the preparation of salads, fillings, appetizers, sandwiches, dressings to main dish courses, etc. It has wide flavour and taste qualities and, depending on the type and quantity of its ingredients, is suitable for dietetic foods, for normal nutritive regime and for high calorie, including enteral, feeding. The product is a mixture of dehydrated yoghurt and mayonnaise in proptions 100:10 to 100:150. It can also include the following additives: pork Kaiser meats, ham and/or salami, boiled, roasted, stewed or pickled mushrooms, olive cuts, cuts of onions, boiled roods with the stems of spinage and garlic, roasted and peeled aubergine and garlic; animal or poultry liver, wall-nut kernels and garlic.
