PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic capable of preventing injyry of skin, recovering injury further suffered, preventing aging of skin and keeping young skin by combining an enzyme decomposer solution obtained by subjecting rice to specific treatment with an ultraviolet-protecting agent. SOLUTION: This cosmetic is obtained by combinedly using an enzyme decomposer solution obtained by treating an alkali extract of rice having low allergen, obtained by previously treating rice with a proteolytic enzyme with an ultraviolet light protecting agent. For example, actinase is used as the proteolytic enzyme for treating rict. An enzyme mixture obtained by combining actinase with a proteolytic enzyme selected from pepsins, trypsins, papains, peptitases and bromelain may be used as the enzyme for treating the alkali extract. An ultraviolet light protecting agent having long wavelength is preferably used as the ultraviolet light-protecting agent. A blend amount of the enzyme decomposer solution is preferably 0.00001-10.0wt.%, especially preferably 0.0001-2.0wt.%. A blend amount of the ultraviolet light-protecting agent is preferably 0.01-30.0wt.%, especially preferably 0.1-20.0wt.%. |
