PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with maintenance need and reduce running cost by providing, in the bottom of a washing place, a floor heating means constituted of heat pipes laid under so as to freely convey heat between a bathtub and a washing place, and a heat storage section. SOLUTION: A waterproof pan 8 constituting a floor section of a washing place unit 2 is constituted of a waterproof pan body 8a, heat pipes 8c arranged across the waterproof pan body 8a and a bathtub section 6, and a heat storage section 11 arranged on the surface of the waterproof pan 8. The heat pipes 8c are arranged in rows by laying one end of each pipe under the bottom of the bathtub section 6 and the other end under the waterproof pan body 8a, thereby, heat of hot water in the bathtub section 6 is transmitted to a washing place A to achieve bathroom floor heating. The heat storage section 11 stores heat from the heat pipes 8c, and afterward radiates the heat to achieve floor heating and also to contribute to drying of the bathroom after bathing by storing heat. |
