PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently disassemble a carbon fiber reinforcing concrete structure by using the characteristics of a carbon fiber aggregate. SOLUTION: A concrete wall 1 is chipped, a carbon fiber aggregate 2 as its reinforcement is partially exposed to the outside and the anode terminal 4 of a DC power supply 3 is connected thereto. A wire gauze 5 is placed on the surface of the concrete wall 1 and conductive coat 6 is applied thereto via the wire gauze 5. The conductive coat 6 is formed by mixing and kneading bentonite, magnesium chloride and water into putty. The cathode terminal 7 of the DC power supply 3 is connected to one end of the gauze 5 to carry a DC current of fewμA - few hundred mA per the surface area 1cm<2> of the concrete wall 1 into the concrete wall 1 for few hours-few days. In this way, the concrete wall 1 is reduced in strength and easily disassembled.
