The present invention refers to a process to manufacture a fusible interlining (1) consisting of a base cloth (2), a first thermofusible layer (5) applied over one of its faces (3), which will be referred to as frontal face, and a second thermofusible layer (7) applied on base cloth (2) rear face (4), which is characterized in that first layer (5) is placed on frontal face (3) of base cloth (2) by means of a first stamping machine with silk stencil (9); wherein second layer (7) is placed in a transference roller (11) by a second stamping machine with silk stencil (10); wherein points (8) obtained in this manner are transferred to base cloth (2) rear face (4), and wherein first layer (5) placing and second layer (7) transference are simultaneously performed in such a way that layers (5, 7) points (6, 8) are placed opposed to one another, over transversal surface.
